Off Road Imports was established in 2008 to source and import specialised after market parts and accessories for the motorcycle industry and bring them to New Zealand. As a company we are all about specialisation not diversification so that when dealers contact us they can be assured that we can provide a high level of product knowledge and support. We intentionally represent a smaller client base so that our resources are never spread too thin and we can stand behind our brands 100%.
Too often dealers inform us that they become frustrated with distributors who represent brands but do not carry adequate stock or know enough about the products they represent. This is exactly why Off Road Imports has evolved in to a specialised distribution company. Unlike traditional wholesalers Off Road Imports is committed to working closely with our clients and dealers and develop specific sales packages to meet the individual needs of our dealers.
We see our relationship with dealers as a partnership and value the knowledge and support dealers can offer customers who purchase our products through our dealer network. As such we do not sell on-line ourselves and if we ever establish on-line sales channels we are committed to working with our dealers so that all on-line sales will be pick-up only, whereby the customer has to pick the product up from their local dealer.
